What does the “prepeg” model mean with the carbon arms ?
Carbon is characterised by its stability and rigidity and its low weight at the same time.
Prepregs are preimpregnated carbon fibres where the fibres have already been soaked in a non-hardened polymer matrix.
Characteristic of carbon, which is produced in this complex process, is the visible woven fabric structure. In the optical perception, it correlates greatly to the given light conditions. For additional protection, a transparent and UV resistant varnish is also applied to the carbon arms.
